Where can I find Self Service Opening Hours?
This will be accessible in the Partner Centre App, Orderpad and Web by selecting the following: Your Restaurant>Opening hours
Will all Restaurant Partners be able to change their opening hours?
No. If a restaurant is set up as an RDS restaurant in Restaurant Manager/Partner Management, then the Edit/Modify button will not be visible to them in Partner Centre.
Are there any restrictions on opening hours between delivery and collection/takeaway?
No, there are no restrictions. Restaurants can set their delivery and collection times to whatever they want. Preparation times are still controlled via Restaurant Manager and so will still apply as they do today.
Can restaurants change their opening hours for the current day?
No, at present changes which are made for the current day will not reflect on the Just Eat consumer site until the same day the following week. If changes are required for the opening times for the current day then they need to contact Restaurant Support. If they simply want to close for the day then they can use the ‘Close for the day’ feature on the homepage of Partner Centre.
Should this be used for temporary changes?
This feature is really for permanent changes as changes for the current trading day cannot be made. Changes made in Partner Centre are processed overnight and are reflected in Restaurant Management the next day. If a restaurant wants to close for the day they should continue to use the ‘Close for the day’ feature on the Partner Centre homepage.
