This means the more quality reviews your restaurant gets; the more likely it is to attract new customers. We’ve been hard at work ensuring your customers are able to effortlessly tell the world how great you are.

We’re redesigning the way users leave and read reviews. When we’re finished:
• It will be easier for customers to rate the restaurants they’ve tried
• The reviews will be easier to understand
• The pages will look even better than they do today

What Can You Do?
By working with your customer reviews and understanding their opinions you can implement small changes that will create improvements within your business and also show your restaurant as a team player in the fast food industry.
If you disagree with a review that has been left by a customer, why not leave your own response and show your commitment and dedication towards your customers ensuring they return time and time again?
All you need to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information
• Customer’s Name
• Order Number
• Date of Review
• Your response
Once JUST EAT has received your response we will add this below the customers review.
JUST EAT do not amend customer reviews, however we may decline the comments if they are malicious or contain foul language. If the comments have been deleted the star rating will still remain.
